About Our Founder

As Founder of Just In Time Consultants LLC, Shabrekia Nesbitt brings decades of high-level and diverse HR, Accounting, Payroll and Tax experience to companies needing outside HR support and professional coaching to maximize growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
Prior to Just In Time Consultants, Shabrekia was an HR leader, overseeing the planning and implementation of HR initiatives before branching out on her own pursing her passion to help small business owner grow their business to its fullest potential.
Over her 20-year career, she has successfully managed the HR function in small to mid-size companies in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, food industry, and early-stage start-up environments. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, policy and procedure development, payroll, accounting and taxes.
With a Bachelor of Science in Organization Leadership, and an MBA with Accounting, she brings result-orientation to organization development, customer-focused HR services and programs to improve employee and organization effectiveness.
